Artistry and creativity: the tugboat, plane, and locomotive indoor play structures were created and built by Richard in 2012 for a now closed indoor play center. They currently reside in the children's play area at Tillamook Air Museum. Attention to detail make these imaginative play structures fun and memorable.

Other creative projects have included an indoor treehouse and tree themed reading corners for a school (pictures coming soon).

The combination of artistry and a wide range of construction skills, along with a well equipped shop in which to build his creations means Richard can help you turn an idea into reality.

Complete kitchen remodel in a 1965 home. Original kitchen had an extra wide range with griddle and double oven, and had been replaced with the same size appliance prior to the remodel. Custom laminate countertops over mass-market cabinets was a cost effective way to update. The metal look vinyl backsplash was a gorgeous and unique finishing touch that gave this kitchen a huge wow factor.

Small updates or repairs can make the difference between a ready sale, or the buyer having concerns about immediate future costs.

Sometimes repairs are required by the lender prior to approving financing.

Example pictured above: outdoor stair railing at the back door was absent on this beautiful stone home. For safety reasons, this was required by the lender prior to loan approval. Richard was able to complete this quickly, avoiding a delay.
